In providing better software experiences, anonymized data will be used to provide the service, enhance the user experience and technology functionalities, and send relevant notifications.
Data collected may be used, in anonymized and/ aggregated formats, to support scientific research and fisheries management. Examples of such use include, but not limited to, determining movement patterns and habitat use, estimating biological parameters and survival rates, understanding stock structure, improving data collection in fisheries and conservation, and integrating with biological and environmental variables to investigate system ecology and population dynamics.
Data submitted on our app is shared with Amazon Web Services for storage.
Once submitted, users cannot access, modify, or delete data.
Data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services.
Data is retained indefinitely.
